Chef Joe Ruck

Joe is a young, ambitious chef with a passion for the culinary industry that is expressed through his food. Although young, Joe has gained a lot of culinary experiences, from local culinary classes with Vera Ciammetti, to a baking and pastry arts class in Chicago and a culinary arts and careers program in New York City. While Joe participated and learned a lot from these experiences, he has obtained most of his culinary education from experiences in his own kitchen.
